GLOBAL WATER GROUP SERVICE AGREEMENT

  • Test raw water, treated water after each pre-treatment component, R.O water quality.
  • Check all pretreatment mechanical/electrical functions.
  • Perform regular maintenance on pretreatment to include, but not limited to:
    • Check/ Set Timers/ Meters…etc.
    • Clean injectors/ screens.
    • Lubricate moving parts as necessary.
  • Change 5 micron and carbon pre-filters.
  • Check and confirm R.O flow rates.
  • Visual inspection of all components.
  • Check and confirm operation of re-pressurization system and ultraviolet lamp.
  • Check Reverse Osmosis TDS [total dissolved solids] Level.

Recommended service interval -every 3 months

This service is designed to maintain your equipment in optimum condition and indicate possible problems before they cause extensive damage.

In addition, annually we will clean the quartz sleeve and replace the U.V bulb. No additional service charge will apply. Bulb will be added at current market cost.
